How do I sign up for an account?

Signing up for an account couldn't be easier. Click on the Log In button to the right of the navigation menu at the top to get started. Enjoy faster checkouts, order tracking, and access to order history.

How do I use a coupon code?

Coupon codes can be applied at checkout in the Promo Code box. You will be able to apply one coupon code per order. Signing up to our mailing list is a great way to get coupon codes.

Is our website secure?

We take our customers’ security very seriously. Our website is 100% secure and we follow the same security procedures as all of the big name stores. When credit card information is transmitted to our payment processor, it is done so using SSL encryption. You can rest assured knowing that we never save payment information from previous orders, nor will we share your information with third parties.

Do you sell or accept gift cards?

We are happy to share that we now sell gift cards that can be applied at checkout! Send one to a loved one or just yourself! Gift cards can be purchased through our Gift Card Central.

How do I cancel or edit an order?

Because we process orders very quickly, the best way to cancel or edit an order is to contact us at We will do our best to accomodate your request, but please note it is not always guaranteed depending on where the order is in the fulfillment process.


Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship domestically within the United States. We are continually taking measures to expand our shipping options to include international shipments. Stay tuned.

How much does shipping cost?

  • Standard shipping: We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping within the US on all orders (3-5 business days).
  • Express Shipping:
    • Express: $25.00 Flat Rate (overnight-2 days)

How do I track my order?

How quickly will my items ship?

We try very hard to pack and ship orders as quickly as possible to our customers. Our fulfillment time takes approximately 1-3 days. Once shipped, orders may arrive in multiple shipments due to different fulfillment speeds as we try to ship orders as soon as they are fulfilled.

How do returns and exchanges work?

P.E.T.A.L thrives on happy customers! We truly hope you love our products as much as we love making them but understand you may need to return or exchange an item. You will receive a printable prepaid shipping label that is available to you once we receive your return or exchange request. Please Note: P.E.T.A.L does not cover the cost of return shipping on returns. When returning an item, a shipping fee is deducted from your overall refund. We cover the cost of return shipping on any exchanges! 3. Give your return to your postal carrier, drop off at any USPS facility, or schedule a pickup at Our Return & Exchange Policy:
New, unused, unwashed clothing and home & living products can be returned or exchanged for up to 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund to the original form of payment. *Books and educational items may not be returned or exchanged.* Exchanges: The original item must be returned back to us using our FREE shipping label and a new order for the correct item must be placed. Refund for the original item is processed following when USPS picks up your return items and you place your new order for the exchange item(s). You will receive a tracking email once the exchange order ships. Refunds: Refunds are processed within 6-10 business days from the date we receive your return in our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment for the purchase price, less return shipping charges (if applicable).
