How do I sign up for an account?

Signing up for an account couldn't be easier. Click on the Log In button to the right of the navigation menu at the top to get started. Enjoy faster checkouts, order tracking, and access to order history.

How do I use a coupon code?

Coupon codes can be applied at checkout in the Promo Code box. You will be able to apply one coupon code per order. Signing up to our mailing list is a great way to get coupon codes.

Is our website and donation page secure?

We take our customers’ security very seriously. Our website and donations page is 100% secure and we follow the same security procedures as all of the big name stores. When credit card information is transmitted to our payment processor, it is done so using SSL encryption. You can rest assured knowing that we never save payment information from previous orders or donations, nor will we share your information with third parties.

Do you sell or accept gift cards?

We are happy to share that we now sell gift cards that can be applied at checkout! Send one to a loved one or just yourself! Gift cards can be purchased through our Gift Card Central.

How do I cancel or edit an order?

Because we process orders very quickly, the best way to cancel or edit an order is to contact us at We will do our best to accomodate your request, but please note it is not always guaranteed depending on where the order is in the fulfillment process.


Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship domestically within the United States. We are continually taking measures to expand our shipping options to include international shipments. Stay tuned.

How much does shipping cost?

  • Free shipping: 5-7 business days We offer free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more being shipped within the US. This is calculated after all coupons have been applied to the order. Standard shipping: 5-7 business days Orders below $50 being shipped within the US cost a flat rate of $4.95 for standard shipping.
We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. Please note: all shipping times are after fulfillment (1-3 days)

How do I track my order?

You'll be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships. You can also login to your P.E.T.A.L account to check your order status at any time. Any trouble, we are always here to help. Use our Contact page or email us to get in touch.

How quickly will my items ship?

We try very hard to pack and ship orders as quickly as possible to our customers. Our fulfillment time takes approximately 1-3 days.

Returns and Exchanges

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

P.E.T.A.L thrives on happy customers! We truly hope you love our products as much as we love making them. Because we specialize in hand-created educational materials in our boxes, we unfortunately do not offer returns or exchanges.

What if my box arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect?

We sincerely apologize and want to correct this right away! Please use our Contact page or email us at and we will work with you on the best solution to get your product to you as quickly as possible, free of cost.


How do I request a donation to my wildlife charity or school?

Our mission from day one has been to support the incredible work that wildlife conservation groups are doing and the schools that want to further educate children about our earth. Please use our Contact page and select "Donation Request" in the dropdown to get in touch with us about donation requests.

Can I reproduce, distribute, or publish the designs on the products for other purposes?

We take pride in creating hand-drawn or hand-designed educational materials! The artwork and designs on all of our products are protected by the United States Copyright law and may not be reproduced, disributed, displayedm published or used for any purpose without prior written permission. You may not remove or alter any trademark or copyright notices from our products.


Are my Shop purchases tax-deductible?

While purchases from our Shop are not tax-deductible, donations made in addition to the purchases are! If you have kindly made a donation and would like a donation receipt, please use our Contact page and select "Donation Receipt Request" in the dropdown or email us at and we will be happy to provide you one.

How do I get a donation receipt after I make a donation?

Once you use our Donation page to make a donation, you will be automatically emailed a donation receipt to the email you provided on the form. If you do not receive one, please email us at or use our Contact page to request one.
